1. Scope

These terms apply when you browse the GenDistrict corporate site, review portfolio and education cases or submit a project inquiry. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; optional visit analytics requires separate affirmative consent.

2. Who may use the site

You must be legally able to enter an agreement or authorized to contact us for your organization. Do not impersonate another person or submit company information without permission.

3. Informational content

The site provides general information about GenDistrict capabilities and examples. It is not legal, tax, investment, security or industry-specific professional advice and does not guarantee the performance, schedule or price of a project.

4. An inquiry is not a contract

Sending an inquiry or receiving a reply does not create a contract, confidentiality duty, exclusive negotiation or obligation to begin work. A project starts only when both sides agree to a proposal, statement of work, contract or purchase order.

Before an NDA is signed, do not send trade secrets, passwords, regulated personal data or other sensitive material that is unnecessary for an initial review.

5. Projects use separate agreements

Consulting, training, development, operations and licenses use separate agreements. If there is a conflict, the signed project agreement controls the scope, deliverables, fees, intellectual property, data processing, security, warranties, liability and governing law.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, probe or bypass the site, inquiry API or administration
• Do not send malware, unlawful material or personal data you lack authority to share
• Do not send automated bulk inquiries, spam, disrupt service or exploit vulnerabilities
• Do not impersonate GenDistrict or use content to mislead or break the law

We may limit or block requests that create security or operational risk.

7. Content and trademarks

Site copy, design, code, GenDistrict marks and original materials belong to GenDistrict or their lawful owners. You may view them for personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce, sell, redistribute or misrepresent them without written permission.

Customer, product and partner marks shown in case studies belong to their owners. A case reference does not imply current sponsorship or endorsement.

8. Third-party links

Portfolio and article links may lead to third-party services. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability, security and policies.

9. Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue site content and features, with notice where practical. Some examples or links may become outdated; we will reasonably correct material errors we learn about.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, GenDistrict is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or third-party links. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Privacy and optional analytics

Read the GenDistrict Privacy Policy for collection, retention, international processing and privacy rights. GA4 visit analytics is optional; refusing or later withdrawing consent does not limit the website, portfolio or inquiry form.

12. Law and disputes

A signed project agreement sets its governing law and dispute process. Otherwise, mandatory laws that apply to you remain applicable. Before starting formal proceedings, contact contact@gendistrict.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

13. Changes and contact
