AgentDeck is currently provided without an AgentDeck subscription fee. Model-provider accounts, subscriptions, API charges and connector services remain separate.
1. The service
AgentDeck coordinates supported coding-agent tools on a user-controlled computer and offers an optional paired companion web app. The service account is used for identity, registered devices, operational status and aggregate usage snapshots.
2. Provider accounts and charges
Users connect and pay for Claude, ChatGPT, API, connector or other third-party services directly. Gen District does not sell or include those subscriptions and does not guarantee their availability, limits or pricing.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use AgentDeck to access systems or data without authorization, distribute malware, bypass provider limits, attack the service, automate abusive account creation or interfere with other users. Users remain responsible for commands approved and work performed through their connected agents.
4. Security boundary
Remote access must remain paired to a device the user controls. Users must protect their computer, provider credentials and pairing approvals. Suspected credential exposure should be handled through the relevant provider and reported to support without attaching the credential itself.
5. Availability and changes
The free public release may change, pause or discontinue features. We may limit abusive traffic, revoke compromised devices or suspend accounts that create security or operational risk. Material terms changes require acceptance in the app.
6. Warranty and liability
AgentDeck is provided on an as-available basis. Review agent output and backups before applying consequential changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gen District is not responsible for third-party service outages, provider charges or losses caused by commands a user or connected agent executes.
7. Account deletion
The Settings screen can delete the AgentDeck cloud service account and its registered devices, usage snapshots and operational events. Local projects, sessions and provider accounts remain under the user’s control and must be removed separately if desired.
8. Optional website analytics
GA4 website analytics requires separate affirmative consent. Refusing or later withdrawing consent does not limit AgentDeck pages, downloads or support. See the GenDistrict Privacy Policy and use Cookie settings in the footer to change the choice.
