AgentDeck separates service identity and operational telemetry from provider credentials, conversations and project files.
Stored locally
Provider account configuration, workspace paths, local session indexes, paired-device permissions and application settings remain on the user’s computer unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.
Service data
The AgentDeck service may store the verified service-account identity, registered application devices, operational events and aggregated usage snapshots required for administration and support.
GenDistrict project inquiries
When a visitor submits the GenDistrict contact form, we store the name, work email, company, optional phone number, project details and files the visitor deliberately attaches. We use this information only to handle the inquiry and any resulting project. Inquiry files stay in private object storage, are available only to the authenticated administrator, are never published at a public URL and are securely deleted as soon as they are no longer needed, subject only to legal obligations.

Remote PWA connection
The PWA is served from an official HTTPS origin. A paired device connects to the user’s desktop endpoint only after a short-lived code is entered and the desktop explicitly approves the request.
Retention
Operational events expire after 30 days. Daily usage snapshots and administrative audit records expire after 400 days. Account and registered-device records remain while the service account is active.
Delete the service account
Settings provides a self-service cloud account deletion flow. It removes the service identity, service profile, registered devices, usage snapshots and operational events. Local projects, session files and provider accounts are not cloud service data and remain on the user’s computer or with the relevant provider.
Service providers
Specialized service providers support identity, operational storage, web delivery and optional remote connectivity. Claude, ChatGPT and connector data is governed by the provider the user chooses. Contact us for the current subprocessors relevant to your region or organization.
Optional visit statistics
Across the public GenDistrict website, Google Analytics 4 visit statistics are disabled unless you affirmatively allow them. If enabled, we measure the page path, display language, approximate location, device and browser information, fixed page actions and whether an inquiry was submitted successfully. Form values, email addresses, prompts, inquiry content and files are never included in these events.
GA4 may set first-party _ga cookies after consent. Refusing does not limit the page, download or inquiry form, and existing GA cookies are removed when consent is withdrawn. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the page footer. Details are in the GenDistrict Privacy Policy.
